Statement by Josefina Vidal, Director of U.S. Foreign Ministry.
“America can always count on the willingness of the people and government of Cuba to work for the advancement of bilateral relations. It is unfortunate that President Obama continues ill-advised and ill-informed about the Cuban reality and feeling of your own people, you want a normalization of our relations. Cuba is a country that changes and moves. The only thing that has not changed in 50 years is the policy of the United States. ”
